On August 22, I changed my payout method to my business LLC bank account. Since then, Airbnb has repeatedly failed all payout methods, including my personal bank account. Payouts are approved, only to be denied days later with instructions to remove and re-enter the account. Fast Pay debit cards also fail, and I receive no real resolution—only generic apologies.
This issue has been escalated, but as of September 15, there is still no solution. I have done everything required, and it feels as though Airbnb does not want to fix the problem. Immediate action is needed.

Support works very slowly and constantly closes cases.
Not sure, but the change to a business bank account for the LLC probably triggered a "Know Your Customer (KYC)" issue with Airbnb. This is a separate department at Airbnb. They may require addl documentation.

I'm sorry to hear your recent payouts have not gone through. Have you managed to find a solution since last week, or does this remain ongoing?

Did you ever get a resolution. I am going through the same exact thing. I have been in contact with support since Labor Day and they just keep closing the case saying everything is fine even though we are missing thousands. I am about to do a formal complaint and escalate this as I am at my wits end with airbnb support. All they do is say everything looks fine on our end and close the case.
So far it seems they fixed it, the payout method hasn’t failed again. I did file a formal complaint with the BBB, I don’t know if it was because of that but about 1-2 days later I got a call from Airbnb and they took care of it very fast after weeks of me loosing my mind on the phone and chat with them… best of luck!
