This approach made the information easier to understand, more engaging, and far more memorable.

 

The results were extremely positive. Guests expressed genuine happiness and surprise at this unique experience. Many mentioned that it felt more personal, modern, and enjoyable compared to standard rental communications. The videos reduced misunderstandings, improved compliance with house rules, and created a smoother overall stay.

 

From a marketing perspective, this innovation added a strong differentiating element to my units. It gave my brand a modern identity, showcased creativity, and positioned the units as forward-thinking and guest-oriented. Guests were more likely to remember the experience, talk about it, and even share it with others.

 

In conclusion, using artificial intelligence in this way did not only improve operational communication, but also added emotional value to the guest experience. It created a new layer of interaction that blended technology, hospitality, and marketing — proving that AI can be a powerful tool when used creatively and thoughtfully.
