VAT Fees

Hello to all! My listing is in Portugal and recent changes require VAT fee being calculated, reported and paid quarterly. I have seen a couple of listing that have VAT fees itemized on their charges and I am trying to update my listing to do that same - just not having any luck finding the option to do so. Do any of you fellow hosts have any insight into the same/similar, and how I may add a VAT fee to my listing?
