VAT Invoices

Hi, I am fairly new to AirBnB and want to claim back the VAT charged on the service fees.  I've followed the directions but the amount of VAT listed on the VAT invoice is consistently zero....  How does everyone reclaim the VAT if it's not actually listed on the AirBnB VAT invoice?

Hi @Hayley344 I'm in the UK but not VAT registered - have you tried phoning customer support? Your listing looks gorgeous BTW, I have added it to my wishlist!
