Vacation Rental Insurance in California

Hello community!

I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but my insurance company just raised my policy to $3800 a year for my vacation rental.

I am in Northern California, and I know prices are high, but when I started this business 13 years ago it was around $1200.

Does anyone have any suggestions on insurance companies/brokers that might be less?
