WAIVERS for private pool and bikes
Hello,
I was wondering the best place to get a pool waiver as well as a bike waiver. I currently own/rent and manage a home with a private pool in Gulf Shores, Al.
Thank you!

Hi there Melissa,
As far as I am aware, if your airbnb guests use the pool and bikes, airbnb coverage would apply. I also have kayaks towed to my boat and guests jumping on bikes every now and then. About a year ago airbnb suggested the same to me, but I spoke to them a couple of weeks ago (as guests keep asking if they can use bikes and kayaks laying around) and they told me not to worry, that the liability is covered for as long as they have an airbnb reservation.
Currently I recommend guests to use the free golf cart provided by the city, with an app like uber, but I know how it feels when there are things you can't control such as drinking and biking/swimming.
Hope his helps and as far as I have noticed, Airbnb's response can be different depending on which customer rep you speak to. Maybe worth asking to speak to someone higher up.
Rose.

Hi @Melissa2677, 👋
Hope you had a great weekend. In order to get more information, I see you have three listings, to which one are you referring to? Also, I'm going to tag some members to see if they know any places to find the items you are asking: @Angela3583, @Bradley181, @Jonathan2725 and @Rose422.
Thanks everyone in advance, 🤗
Best,
Alex

I have four listings. Are they not all showing on your end? That is concerning to me.
I am referring to Sea Bound in Gulf Shores, Al.
Thank you!

Rose,
Thank you so much for this information. I am just very weary of having guests in our private pool with out an extra layer of protection for us.
I truly appreciate your input and response!!! THANK YOU!
Melissa

Have you read the T&C for Aircover I wouldn't rely on it for pool and bike liability @Rose422

Thank you Rose. Our new insurance company is requiring us to have waivers for bikes and pool.
Thank you,
Melissa

Hi Melissa2677,
That's an interesting question. I've never been asked to sign a waiver for a property that has a pool or jacuzzi. I'm about to add a jacuzzi at my rental and I was justing going to add warning signs near the unit. As in swim at your risk, etc. If you search swim waiver, you should find one that you can modify for your needs. I had a sign sample and a waiver sample, but the website won't upload them. My apologies.
