WE ARE SUPER HOSTS ON TWO PROPERTIES THAT BURNED AIRBNB DENIED US FUNDS TO RELOCATE!!!!

We lost 2 properties to the devastating fire  -we Airbnb in Malibu.  We have made Airbnb a large sum of money. I was sent a note by various agencies that Airbnb was offering an assistance to fire victims. I applied and was told it was denied because I wasn't in the area. I am furious ands as usual you can't call anyone at Airbnb that has the power to change this outrageous and hurtful  text.   They should be reaching out to Super hosts and have a designated phone number rather dismiss us!

It's so awful to see all those affected by forest fires . 

One thought - could you not put in a claim under your business continuity insurance and see if your local government is offering business assistance @Joan3520 ?

is your local government not offering you emergency accommodation and assistance if you've lost your home.
