Waiting to get a payment

Hi there, I'm still waiting to get payment hosting the guest from Oct. 14th- Oct. 16th. I'm currently hosting the new guests since yesterday and payment has been already sent. I'm worrying if I'm going to get payment hosting previous guests and wondering whether this happens to other hosts and how often? I have already sent messages for help, but never got any answer. How can I get help? Thank you.

@Branka52 Keep messaging airbnb every single day. Two or 3 times a day if necessary.
