@Barry356 Listings are non-transferrable. Ratings and reviews stay on the original host's profile, as they were earned by you.
The new owner has to create their own profile and put up a new listing.
This is why there is no such thing as "selling an Airbnb", although many people aren't aware of this. All a seller is selling is the home, and perhaps the furnishings, which may have been used as an Airbnb. You can't "sell" an Airbnb business.
We sold our property. How do we reach out to the current guests and notify them of the listing with the new property owners? We want to ensure that the guests are not being penalized or charged again. Do they have to cancel the current reservation and create a new reservation?
