Weekend Rate question

Weekend Rate question

I would like to put my prices up at weekends but don't know if this will affect the 2 future weekend bookings I already have. I don't want it to affect them so am wary of changing things but would like to charge any new weekenders a little bit extra.

@Monique865  Anything you change only affects bookings made after the change. Confirmed bookings are held to policies and prices in place when the booking was made.

Thank you, that is good to know. I am reassured 🙂

Hello @Monique865 , The response to your question by @Sarah977  is quite correct.  I see that you are a new co host for a new listing.  I just had to look at the listing and it appears quite lovely and cozy.  I do think the expected description would be a "studio" not a one bedroom as there doesn't seem to be a separate room for the bed.  I find guest expectations being disappointed can lead to cancellations and negative reviews.  Sometimes the descriptions need a bit more fleshing out then what is currently there.  Just a thought.  Good luck.  Linda

Thank you for your advice, I will take another look at at description.

Hi  is there an easy way to increase prices on weekends as they are more troublesome and time consuming without putting people off the more desired weekly stays ??

@Robin1104 if you have a base rate for weekdays and one for weekends then these rates will be used as your calendar opens up. You can then edit them for the odd times you may want to charge more (or less)
