After weeks of gathering info I’m being told that company policy when someone steals items from your home is that the guest has to be identified as the culprit through the police report. I don’t have cameras. I’m literally going through a breakdown over this.
@Ashley114 You can file a claim with your homeowners' insurance. You can ask the guest to reimburse you for the missing item. Find the thing online and buy a replacement and present a receipt and if the guest doesn't pay Airbnb might. That would be a replacement item, not a theft claim.
