What do you think some hoster(company) put a lots house into your area on airbnb during short time?

Small town. One hoster put more than 10 house in a couple month.Is that good or bad for your listing?Thanks

@Grace851 It is unlikely to be good for your listing unless you are better value than they are. I would stress the personal touches you can offer if it is a company providing the other properties.
