@Airbnb @@Lizzie @ I booked a trip schedule for between 26/03/20 - 29/03/20. I have already cancelled it and applied for a refund via the resolution centre. I do not belive this application allowed for a refund of the service fee. Your Covid 19 policy states that the service fee will either be refunded as money or as a credit to use against future trips. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am still awaiting to receive a refund and am advised by the host that the payment is showing as pending at their end. Please can you investigate and establish what is going on! I applied for the refund via the resolution centre around 13/03/20.
I recently applied for a Covid-19 EC policy refund (by following the associated process flow) and received a full refund (including service fee) into my bank within three days. The resolution centre weren't involved, it was fully automated, @Nick1909.
