Which number of days per year can I realistically rent out a room at the Belgian coast?

Hi, I'm starting a big renovation project in a house at the Belgian coast. I need to make a business plan, to make sure I can earn the investment back by renting out rooms through airbnb. Is there a host located at the Belgian coast, who can tell me which number of days one can realistically rent out a room? What the expected turnover is for one room (double bedroom with a small bathroom)? That would help me a lot to evaluate the feasibility of the project.

What market research have you done to see what hosts are charging for similar places in your area? What market research have you done on supply and demand for your sort of listing in your location? @Elsie113

You should have a look at Airdna.com and you'll find detailed information on STR lettings for a given area.  Some parts of the information ion line is free.
