Why my guest cant book my listing and cant payment

Hi ，

 

Anybody can help ，my guest told me she cant make payment on my property ，she had try to booking other host listing is no problem. When she want make payment，system suddenly run back to previous page！Anybody happened this before？Can share some idea to me？Thank you.
