WiFi test not reliable from AirBnB third party Partner

Hi there,

I just tested my WiFi and it said 62 MBps when 2 devices on it. With only my phone (Pixel 4), i got 94 MBps. 

However my internet plan is up 600 MBps and when I test it with my Netgear router app i got 520 MBps. How can that be possible?

Does anyone has the same issue?

Oh and for those still trying to figure out why they can't test? It's either you dont have the location on ( or you put a restriction on the app) or simply not offered in your region/country.

@Pierre-Etienne4 it is likely that your phone is throttling the speed.

I will try with another phone but my Netgear app test was with the same phone. So i don't think it's the reason of the issue.
