I am thinking about starting an AirBnb soon and I want to specifically cater to working professionals like travelling nurses. Is that allowed? I'm having trouble finding anything clear on this matter.

If you want to target travelling nurses then use websites that cater for them.

@Paula Yes. I have seen Helen's suggestion. I am in the process of seeking and considering options between AirBnB and other services.
