World Cup Hosting

World Cup Hosting

Hi,  I am considering renting out 2 bedrooms in my home during the World Cup here in Kansas City, Mo.  I understand most hotels are sold out and have been for some time.  Local news sources are saying that people are desperate for just somewhere to sleep.  Due to this, and the fact that i live about 10 minutes from the venue (Arrowhead Stadium), and i'm also offering transportation to and from the event, pricing would be far more then just regular everyday prices.  So, any suggestions on how much i should try to get?  I live in a nice middleclass neighborhood.  My home is about 10 years old and recently painted and refreshed.

Thanks,

Lisa

@Lisa10919 just search Airbnb and see what others are charging. Just be aware that those with availability haven't been booked so their prices may be a little high

Ive seen hosts on communities saying they are struggling to fill accommodation near World Cup venues as many overseas supporters don't want to travel to the US at the moment.  @Lisa10919

As @Mike-And-Jane0  do your market research on STR platforms and see what your competitors are charging. Then check any STR regulations for your area and see if you can comply with them.

Thanks
