Hi guys,
What is exactly airbnb analytics? and how can I use it to expand my listing's visibility and bookings?

Airbnb analytics is the use of your listing’s performance data to understand how guests find you, why they book (or don’t), and how Airbnb ranks your listing.
In general, you use it to:
Simply put: analytics helps you make data-based decisions so Airbnb’s algorithm favors your listing and guests are more likely to book.

thank you for your reply, Jawad. I am a host now for almost 2 years and recently I am struggling with having new bookings. I tried everything but I have the feeling that my listing is not visible.
Hi @Sarah6914 😊,
Thank you for asking this question here!
Have you been able to understand more about the analytics thanks to our host?
Do you still need any help with this?

Hi Elisa,
I would like to know why my bookings are drastically fallen. I don't get new bookings.
Hello @Sarah6914
I don't want to appear harsh or rude but any host score below 4.6 is considered by Airbnb as a poor score and two low guest reviews in succession will seriously compromise our chances of being selected by the algorithm who will favour listings with consistant 5* reviews that guests can trust the host to deliver.
Competition has never been so high and guest expectations are equally high. There is very little room for mistakes any more and any guest feedback should be acted upon on missing items or any problems with cleanliness addressed. Replying professionally and being pro-active in your reply to any issues raised in a negative guest review will also encourage future guests to see that the problem has been addressed by the host
Airbnb send hosts a warning email when a host receives even a 4* review to warn them to up their game - it's become that bad! So my advice as a host myself would be to look back to guest reviews and see what you can do to improve your guests experience.
All the best
Joëlle
