airbnb delinquent payments to host

Airbnb has not paid us for a rental of 12/21 - 12/27 for $1247.42. HM5YSQH. After over 20 emails and over 10 hours on the phone with airbnb we are no closer to getting paid. Airbnb shows this as a cancelled reservation, but that is in error. it should be changed to confirmed. We are looking for suggestions on how to resolve this issue with airbnb.  Thank You,      Ellie S
