I think KYC problems is trying to scam from hosts

After 1 months of delay payouts, i have contact to Airbnb many times, and the problem they tell me that i didnt fill the KYC form ( even i have do it, i still have a screen shoot that Airbnb tell me that i already did it).
And now all i have from Airbnb supports is just a few robotics reply, like an automatic reply & they never helps anythings.
Is there anyone here can assist me now or is time to switch to another platform, have using this from 2018 - really dissapoint with a professional company.

Hi @Quang-Anh1 ,

Did you get a chance to go through the KYC requirements to verify your Host account? It would be worth reviewing if your KYC info is up-to-date.

Meanwhile, I will ask the related teams as well for further guidance, if there is anything specific.

Facing the same issue.
Haven't received any payments since 19th November due to the same KYC issues.

The support just says they have received my docs but they are yet to review them internally. We're still getting bookings and not sure what to do more here.

We have been having this issue as well.

We have verified our KYC multiple times over the last couple of months and have been told multiple times that we are cleared and will be receiving payment, only to be blocked. This seems to be an on-going issue that a lot of hosts have had and it does not bode well for AirBNB supporting hosts. I hope that ours gets cleared up soon and that no other hosts have to deal with this gross inconvenience.

Yes...Airbnb's KYC system is broken.

Did you create your listing under a business name (entity) like a corporation, partnership or trust? Multiple Hosts are having all kinds of issues with this. Documentation is requested multiple times, the documents are provided, but payments are still suspended. I understand there are 2 different areas that handle KYC, one is the document side and the other is the tax side.

My payouts have now been delayed for over three months.

Every time I receive a message with links to update the links tell me I’m “all set”.

I call over and over but air bnb can’t help - they just tell me the back office people have to look at it, then nothing, and the whole cycle starts over.

@Robert-Zane0

What type of business entity is your listing setup as?

Corporation?

LLC?

Partnership?

Trust?

The process for verifying business entities on Airbnb for KYC is very involved.

I would check with the Primary Host and other Co Hosts and make sure their IDs have been verified. Sometimes the holdup is the Co Host ID has an issue with verification.
