Have you investigated the AirBnB Experiences? It is a little difficult to find and use at this point although some more tech savvy people seemed to be promoting and using the site.
They have both on-line and in-person options, and some are truly once-in-a-lifetime. I would suggest you go there by Googling Air BnB Experiences - it isn't something easy to find in the mountains of items on the platform. I think it would grow in popularity if it was made easier.
When reading through some of the options you will notice their ratings are sometimes over 5,000 in number. This makes me think that many people have unlocked the secret to the platform to be involved and therefore you could do quite well promoting bicycle trips there.
