can I lock some rooms?

Hi there,

I am very new to Airbnb. I have 3 bedrooms apartment.  I have my base price just for one person for one room, any extra person will be charged extra $50.  I am willing to trust tenants, but Can I check how many person moves in and can I lock other bedrooms if there is only one or two person coming with the reservation?  I don't know if the law allows me to do so.  Also, can I have my base price setting up higher as the price for two or three person?

You need to create multiple listings.

One for each room (or comibination of rooms) and 1 for the whole appartment.

For the whole appartment you can set base price for 1 to all guests, or you can set a fee for additional guests.
