co hosting superhost questions

co hosting superhost questions

I am a co-host of a few different bookings (each one a different owner). Can I become a super host as a co-host? If not, can the owners of the properties (hosts) become super hosts for the listing?

I am just wondering as I get amazing reviews and no cancellation rate, great response time etc., but am not a super host. When I go and look at superhost stats it always says each criteria is at 0%, which I know is not true. I'm a bit unsure what is happening and I am struggling to find an answer.

Hello @Alli-And-Isaac0

Co-hosts can be super-hosts, correct?

I know a co-host not owing  the property but   is  a super-host.

Hi @Fernando2860

I found some more information for you in this article:

To be evaluated for Superhost status, a host must be the listing owner of one or more home listings. Co-hosts, experience hosts and service hosts aren’t included in this evaluation.

Even if a co-host manages a home listing as the primary host, they can’t be considered for Superhost status based on that co-host role. However, if a co-host is also the listing owner of another home listing, they can be evaluated for Superhost status based on its performance. The performance of any listing in which they’re a co-host won’t contribute to their Superhost eligibility.

I hope this helps?

Thanks 🙂
