If Airbnb is not collecting a local hotel tax, they may allow you to add a custom tax to the listing. If not, then you will have to manually collect the tax from each guest via the resolution center and then pay the local jurisdiction yourself according to their payment schedule. You could also do a special offer for each reservation, but that is a pain and easy to mess up the math calculation.
To determine if you can add a custom tax to each reservation that Airbnb will collect and pay to you:
Turn on Professional Hosting Tools in your Account Settings

Go to the Listing Editor and click the settings icon (cog) top right

Click Taxes

If there is a add custom tax section you would add it there. if you don't see that, then it is up to the Host to collect the tax from each guest and pay the local tax authority. You'll need to add wording to your description on the listing about the tax and message every guest about how you are collecting and paying that.
Some Hosts add a "Community Fee" instead to the listing on the Calendar/Addl Fees, but that will increase your nightly rate and if your competitors aren't doing that, then your nightly rate will be higher and put you at a disadvantage.
