completed days booked

hello can you tell me how many days booked between 5/4/2023 and 5/ 4/2024 .when i check on platform it says dates out of range thanks ian

You can view the nights booked for older periods if you go to Menu, Earnings (not Insights) and scroll down to Earnings Reports, View all Reports.

There you can select the year and month, and see details of the earnings. There's a Performance Stats section that tells you the total nights booked in that period.

Hi @Shelley159, thank you for your reply, the problem I am having is when I try to create a  report for the custom dates, performance stats unavailable for your selected date range

No I've been talking to customer service they said I can only go back 2 years

Ok, good thing you checked with the community @Ian54220 !

You can go back to all the way to see your total bookings if you use the "Earnings" page as explained above. You will just need to add the months together to get your full date range.

I do notice that, for the older months, the summary of Performance Stats is not shown. You have to click on "View all Paid transactions" to see a list. So unfortunately it's not a one-click thing, but with some effort you'll be able to add them together to get the total nights booked that you need.

If you mean that you specifically need the totals in PDF-format, it looks like you'll have to do monthly PDFs for 2023, and then you can do the 2024-months in one PDF.
