didnt received payment

didnt received payment

Hello,

 

I have a booking on my listing on Oct 27, 2022 and still not received he payment. I change and my card becuase i thought is the bank problem, but still not. And when i have to add payout method  i cant go to all pages, it shows me an error. What i have to do?
