extended home sharing certificate

My  valid EXTENDED HOME SHARING CERTIFICATE is being ignored by airbnb, my rental has been blocked since March28th, 

I finally received an answer blaming the CITY and suggesting POSTING A NEW LISTING

HAS ANY ONE GONE THROUGH THIS??

HOW DO YOU POST A NEW LISTING WITHOUT LOSING 250 REVIEWS?

HELP!!!!!

You can use the  "duplicate" option to make a copy of the "problem-listing" (and temporary deactivate it) and test if the issue is resolved. If not, you can easily go back to the current situation and (hopefully) try to find other solutions.
