@Robert9480 . Hi Robert, I cant help you with a local cleaner but may I make a few suggestions to your listing that may help:
1. Your pool needs a cover and regular maintenance so I'd contact a local pool retailer about a service contract during the warmer months. You can buy a Daisy pool cover online fairly cheap and will last several years and keep the leaves out.
2. Your outside areas are very overgrown in pictures. I suspect this may be contributing to the lower cleanliness rating (appearances are everything).
3. You list a hot tub (which is a sought after amenity) but no pictures? Again, make sure this is regularly maintained
4. You are correct that unless heated, a pool wont be ready to swim in early Spring or from Autumn, so add this comment to your listing about likely time of year usage (maybe Nov-March?) and emphasise the hot tub instead.
5. You have blocked out Summer school holidays which would be the most opportune time to get family bookings and for people to appreciate your pool, over other listings. I suspect its because you wish to use it personally: just consider the lost opportunity.
6. I mention the outside because most cleaners wont do anything past the windows outside, including the BBQ unless you specify it in your agreement, so be clear.
7. Cleaning often doesnt include replenishing consumables like toilet paper, condiments or even the linen so make sure these dont run out or you are very clear exactly what is and isnt supplied and quantities (I see here agents who manage holiday homes often write this in the House Rules).
If you get these things in order, I'm sure a local cleaner will be easier to engage for the rest. Good luck.
