florida host and hoa mediation because of my listing

so my hoa found my listing a year ago and i snoozed it when i wasn't renting. i followed this practice for 12 months. Now i am required to go to mediation because of my listing.  i have maybe rented 10 times in 16 months.  Can hoa lawyers obtain my payouts and record from airbmb.  what happens from here.  What does my hoa want ? i have already told them i am compliant to cease and desist posting

From what you say you have chosen to do STRs knowing it's against the terms of your lease. Just because you snooze your listing to avoid being found doesn't mean you aren't breaking the terms of the lease. @Mario2234 

 

What will happen depends on the terms of your lease. Large fines and evictions are possible. 

yes HOAs/lawyers can subpoena Airbnb records .
