host and owner reviews

Good morning, I've been the owner of two properties managed exclusively by ARB with a host for three years now. Unfortunately, the relationship with the host has been difficult, and we've now reached the end of our collaboration. Over the years, we've accumulated many positive reviews for the property, especially because it's a very exclusive location. How can I maintain these reviews with the new Hosts?

Hi  @Christian4580 .

 

You don't have a listing attached to your profile so I assume you let your cohost set up your listing under their profile rather than yours ?

 

if this is the case sadly you will lose all your reviews and ratings 

 

going forward please set the listing up under your profile and then you can add your cohost who can complete the listing for you.

 

do take up references with your new cohost and check their reviews and ratings
