how can I delelte a bad review?

The guest has put it a terrible review. He is from outside the country and he was angry at the people who take care of the building. I have no control over it. How can you delete the terrible review?

@Jesus774 A guest saying they would not return is not a bad review and complies with all the Airbnb requirements. You review of the guest ' "Ma ' means nothing to me but could easily be removed by the guest as it is certainly irrelevant and presumably, in someway, rude.

Also your response is not smart as while the building staff may not be in your control they are a fundamentally key part of the guest experience.
