How do I ask airbnb to fully refund a guest who feels the space i have provided does not adequately meet their and their 13 year old dog's needs?

If you're listing is as described why would you want to refund them outside of your cancellation policy @Paula1845 

In what way did they feel the listing didn't meet their needs ??

This is the guest’s problem, not yours.

They can contact Airbnb and cancel their stay.
