i meet all requirements, I am a superhost of over 200+ 4.8 and above reviews, and yet airbnb just keeps saying I dont meet the requirements. They said i got one 3 star review. I told them I meet all requirements that they advertise they did not state you are never allowed to get 1x 3.0 review. All i get is the same automatic emails you dont meet the requirements, and on the phone they say the same. I have several owners asking me to manage their properties and yet I cannot get any further with airbnb to be officially on the co host network!

Hello @Sarah5998
If you already have hosts that would like you to help with the running of their listings, then you can get them to send you an invitation to become a co-host directly.
The Airbnb co-host network is a separate entity and you don't have to be an official Airbnb co-host to work with other hosts.

I understand that, but for better business growth I really want to be on the platform and seen as many local hosts are saying this is where all their new clients are coming from...
Hi @Sarah5998
Unfortunately, it’s true hosts need to maintain excellent reviews and a strong overall rating to qualify for the Co-host program. I agree with @Joelle43 ; if the property owners truly want you to be their co-host, they can easily add you directly through their account. It’s ultimately their choice, and sometimes that’s the faster and simpler route rather than waiting for program eligibility.
@Sarah5998 That sounds really frustrating. Unfortunately, not all regions are currently open for new co-hosts, and Airbnb's eligibility requirements can be stricter than they appear.. even one outlier review can trigger a rejection.
You might still find success outside the official network by promoting your co-hosting services locally. Try joining Facebook groups or community pages for hosts in your area.. many owners look for reliable co-hosts there. Since you already have a strong Superhost record, word of mouth and local networking could help you find clients even faster than waiting for Airbnb's system to update.
Thank you for this, yep thats my current approach, its just a shame when my local hosts share this is how they get all their leads so easily whilst I work hard to find them. I think they are now saying its full in my area in so many words, then they say issue with review.. its not a concrete answer 😞
I completely understand your frustration with joining. I always get an email response indicating I’d make a great addition to the Co-Host Network but they’re not accepting any new Co-Hosts in my area at this time but putting me on a waiting list. I wish you the best! ❤️
