instant booking automatically on

Hi there,

 

I need your urgent help. 

I have a reservation by instant booking that i can not host, and i believe it is airbnb's problem.

 

I have a reservation by instant book on May 3rd, which is not available. Thus i contacted airbnb and closed instant booking manually for my list on that day. While now, the list is still open and booked again.

 

Please note, i do not have payment got through and even can not get paid.

 

Please help to check, when my instant booking is switched on.

You have 4 listings under your profile - which listing would you like us to check that instant book has been correctly switched off?  

 

Did you mean to write that you received a booking for June 3rd rather than May 3rd?

As Joelle mentioned, it would be very useful if you could tell us a little more about which listing this is about please!

 

Have you also contacted the Support team after that booking came through, to get their help investigating what happened?

Hi @Shen297 

The calendar for the guesthouse listing is completely blocked off for all dates - I hope this is the one you don't want booked? The other 3 listings are still available for 2 and 3 June - if it's one of them that you don't want booked, you need to block the calendar for the unavailable dates.
