You need to call Airbnb and speak to someone. I had this problem once and solved it by calling them. The payment was there and they just didn't release it nobody knew why but they manually did it for me.
@Albert278 It's not surprising. The Airbnb calculation system is known to have some glitches once after some time. We are just keeping an eye on the payouts these days to make sure we don't miss anything. A couple years ago we always received payouts that are up to a couple dollars different than the expected payouts shown in the reservations.
When I've had a credit owing to Airbnb (i.e. a payout that was received but then customer service decided to refund the guest), Airbnb doesn't issue payment, nor an email, until the debt has been paid and there is money to pay you. When I owed them $1500 as a result of Covid cancellations, I hosted 4 or 5 stays before I finally received a payout. When they issued it, it summarized all of the credits/debits.
Interesting..I got screwed by loosening my cancelation policy as airbnb recommend..it's for the guests best interest. One guest left after a few days since he was really just wanting something cheap. A big refund to him.. & since those dates were all blocked off ..zero chance of filling them .. Select a strict Callelation policy ..if not you're could be setting yourself up.
