missing pay out

my all payouts are missing , i was waiting for my bank details to come before that my all pending payouts gone to 0.00 is anyone else experiencing this kind of problem . i am very disturbed to facing this

My pay out since January 1,2023 not yet sent to us. We contact airbnb support but until now they cannot resolve issues always answered me will forward my concern to proper department. Im from Philippines
