new stats

Hello,
I am not sure if this is the right place for my issue. I can no longer view the insights. When I click on it, the page appears but disappears again after a few seconds, regardless of which browser I use. Is this a known problem?

It seems like the “Insights” section was a bit glitchy for me yesterday when I tried accessing it through a browser, but it’s working perfectly fine on the app. Maybe it was just a temporary issue.

The app Insights isn't currently displaying any data...although it doesn't disappear like on the desktop 😉 (in the U.S.).

My colleague @Rebecca reported this problem to the concerned teams earlier and seems like this is a bug. 

 

@Robert-En-Veerle0 , since Patricia mentioned she hasn’t encountered this issue on the app and only on browser, have you tried checking the app?

Yes, the app is working fine. But I love more to work with a laptop. It gives me a better overview. Thx anyway for the information. 

 

I understand @Robert-En-Veerle0 ! I personally prefer desktop over phone too 😝  I find working on a bigger screen more comforting than juggling websites on mobile phones.
