I am a co-host on several listings. One of my clients ( which is listed as primary host) really does not want their phone blown up with notifications. Is there a way for the host or myself to shut off their notifications so that I am the only one receiving them?
@Lori3686 The host could actually delete the app as well. That would definitely solve the problem. They can still have access from a computer or tablet if necessary.
Hello @Lori3686, thank you for bringing this topic to our community 😊
Two of our most experienced Hosts have offered their advice. Has the primary Host tried turning off the notifications as Joan suggested?
Please keep us posted if they decide to try it 🌟
@Lori3686 Yes, Airbnb allows primary hosts to customize their notification preferences as well you can customize your notification preference. That way only those specific notifications you prefer will be received. You and your primary host can adjust the settings accordingly to only receive those essential updates. Hope this helps!
