Encourage longer stays by offering competitive discounts for guests staying 7+ or 28+ nights.

Attract spontaneous travelers by offering 10–20% off  last minute deals for bookings made within 3–7 days of arrival.

To attract more bookings during the low season, I reduce my minimum stay from 2 nights to 1. This makes my listing appear in more search results, especially for last-minute or short-term travelers.
