New to here, Does AirBNB take the payment and how do I set up, how I get paid?

Yes Airbnb handles the payment for you.

You can set up your payment informations in your account, you will be able to enter your bank account or another payment mode such as Paypal if you want.

I suggest that you take some time to read the Term of service and also use the Ressource Center here https://www.airbnb.fr/resources/hosting-homes to learn about the important points of hosting.

You have an english language Community Center, you will find it on top right of your screen beside your name (the circle)

If you have a look on the Airbnb Help website it has lots of FAQs on the basics of running your STR on Airbnb.

when you set up your listing you provided your payment details you get paid 24 hours or so after guests arrive .
