Hello guys,

 

I have been hosting for over a year. but recently, I have noticed that Airbnb has not sent me the payouts as they should. The bookings weren't last minute, they were made in advance, however when I write to the airbnb staff, they say their system has a bug and they are trying to fix the bug. By the way the first guest whom they haven't paid for left in December before Xmas. so over 2 months now...and now 2 weeks ago, still the guests are gone and I haven't been paid. what kind of bugs are these.

For the first payment they were saying they are too busy because of the Holiday season, so i should wait....

what are supposed to do if we are not paid?
