I have a week in June that is still not booked. I wanted to run a promotion for that week but every time I try to set it up, It already sets the price for me. My nights are currently $400/ night but it's telling me to charge $223. I want to charge about $300/night

If your plan is to charge 300 you can go to your calendar pick a specific date and set the price the suggested amount is a suggestion not a requirement. I would suggest the first two weeks drop to 200 a night and the second 2 weeks leave at 400 to average out to 300 per night over the month. The shorter lead time the more you typically have to drop the price to be more competitive and get last bookings and vise versa the farther out the more lead time you have and can charge more.
