remove fraudulent listings

Has anyone hired a lawyer to assist with removing fraudulent listings?  We have had no results when contacting support.

It is my unit that is being posted be another host.  There are several complaints against the host that the guests are being scammed. The were pointed out to Airbnb support and they refuse to remove the listings. Not sure what else to do?  We sent letters to their legal dept and emails to Brian Chesky
