setting discounts

Hi all, 

I have a conundrum. My cottages are listed with another service at the same base list price, but  since Airbnb charges a commission to guests on top of the list price, the cottages are more expensive via airbnb than through the other service. My agreement with the other service says that I can't advertise the cottage at a lower price than they offer it at, which means that I can set short term or early bird discounts. It would be easiest for me if the airbnb fee was charged to me instead of the guest...

Any ideas?
