I just listed my apartment in Irvine. The Irvine law supposedly says no less than 31 days. However, I do see apartments next door and around the neighborhood listing short term rentals on airbnb. How is this possible? I called the city and they shut me down saying I can't do this. Is there a loop hole? How is it possible to get a short term rental permit in the city of Irvine?
Thank you!
