use my mac, cannot use my wechat account to log in

my airbnb account is using my wechat account number. But when i use my Mac to log in this account, it opens wechat . i  changed  to use telephone number to log in, it shows that i  have done it many times . Does anybody know what the problem is? thanks !

Hi @Christine3278 ! I'm so sorry to hear about this. So if I understand correctly, you changed your account to log in with your phone number but you're still being asked to enter your WeChat account number on your MacBook?

You could try deleting cookies and browser history and then restarting your browser, this might clean up any bugs that could be causing the issue.
