Can someone at Airbnb please explain the logic behind this tip, because I can't wrap my head around it.
I'm a Superhost that's received nearly 400 five star reviews since 2013... I've never canceled on a guest, and never had any difficulty completing a reservation for any of our guests...
Is Airbnb suppressing or penalizing my listing for not having a co-host? Why would you offer me 15% more views for adding one? After hosting hundreds of guests without incident, why are you now recommending that I add a co-host???
The bigger question pertains to compensation... With my rent being $4,000 per month, and your recommended $43 per night Smart Pricing, how do you expect me to compensate a co-host??
