30 Days and longer

Hello, Currently I have a guest that is staying in my private room. He is originally scheduled for two weeks. He is now asking to extend his stay nearly two months. I am unfamiliar as to the tenate rights in Ogden Utah and when the rights are gained. Where can I find this info? And also any suggestions what to say to him as to extening his stay if I decide not to approve. Let me know thanks

Did Airbnb help you with this?  I have someone staying 2 months, and the becoming a tenate was brought to my attention. Hotels make you ck out & ck back in at 30 days.

What I did was just let the guest know I cannot do a booking beyond 30 days,  since I didn’t want to deal with tenant rights in the state of Utah. I changed the booking in the app to max of 28 days because someone is a tenant after 30 days. My suggestion is to use your own discretion as to extending their stay that long. Good luck
