Send a message something along the lines of....we're glad you enjoyed your stay, blah, blah, we noticed you gave us 4/5 for cleanliness, and since this is something we can control, unlike location, we were hoping you would let us know what you found to be lacking so we if there is a cleanliness issues that needs to be addressed we can take care of it. Thanks...blah blah.
They may or may not respond, but it doesn't hurt to ask. I had people mark us 4/5 for thinking the microwave was dirty [it wasn't] and for finding dust under the bed....so now we look under the bed, LOL. The microwave guy was actually sorry and said if he had known that ratings had an impact on where the listing appears in search results he would have given a 5/5. So, at least for the next host, he learned a little something about the review system.
